SALES

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once checked out there will be NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. Please make sure that shipping & billing addresses match as it is crucial for your order to be processed and shipped in a timely manner.

Use of the website constitutes your agreement to follow our terms & conditions. Pakyo is a registered trademark. Use of the name and logo, photos, graphics, and images without the prior written consent from Pakyo is strictly prohibited.

 

ORDERS

Orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received, and therefore may sell out before a certain item is processed. We will send you a tracking confirmation as soon as processing & handling is completed for Domestic (INDIA) & International (Worldwide).                             

In the event of any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier as all shipments are insured.

 

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

As stated, once your order is processed, we cannot do REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES AS ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Exceptions are made only if your order has not been shipped on time. Once shipped, cancellation requests are not valid. For valid refunds or cancellations, please contact us at hello@pakyo.in

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD & PAYPAL. Payment of duty & tax for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.
